How does OpenMet work?

Asking the opinion of customers, employees or other people and analyzing the results is very easy with the OpenMet system. In five simple steps, your company will get current and past information in order to function better.

In the majority of cases, which is not so using other software surveys, you can follow these 5 steps in under 15 minutes. Creating private web sites to receive the surveys, calculate the results and visually display them is immediate.

Furthermore, if you wish, OpenMet’s expert team in measuring the intangibles will be at your side to help you provide the best solution at each step.

1. Choosing or creating the questionnaire: With OpenMet Administration a survey is chosen from existing ones or adapting or creating a new one by using a spread sheet and loading it into the system. In creating the questionnaire, you determine the kind of questions, their characteristics and text as you do the numerical values and their relation to the indicators you want on the control panel.

2. Survey design: With the OpenMet Administration Panel you determine:

  • Who responds to the questionnaires (design of the sample, size, etc.)

  • How to divide up the population to enhance the analysis results

  • Who can see the results

  • What language is used (English, French, Italian, German or Spanish)

  • What characteristics the survey has (by email, on-line, anonymous with a password, completely anonymous, self-segmentation, etc.)

3. Trial and launching of the survey: After making sure everything’s alright through a trial, the surveys are mailed out electronically or a private web site is produced for the people to be surveyed.

4. Receipt of responses: Using an Internet search engine the people surveyed can:

  • Access and answer different questionnaires at the same time

  • Save half-completed questionnaires and come back to them at another time

  • Send the results whenever participants want

5. Immediate display of the results and trends: As people answer, you can access the graphs of the analysis results:

  • Immediate calculation of variables as responses come in, with which you have a control panel to see the overall results at a glance

  • Data sorting by sections

  • Access to complete statistical data

  • Order by section and access to individual data

  • Trend analysis of any factor over the course of several surveys

  • Compare results between several surveys

  • Export survey results

  • Easy mailings of electronic reports with the results
