Methodology: Organizational Climate

At OpenMet Group, and in accordance with the needs of our clients, we normally use different climate models (based on EFQM, motivational, etc.). An example of a possible climate model is the following figureable, a general proposal that contains some of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to manage the organizational climate at most companies:

Depending on the characteristics and context of the company to be analyzed, you may eliminate, modify or add KPI’s (and the questions they comprise) to tailor the final result to the concrete needs of the company. If your company adheres to the European model for business excellence (EFQM), we can adapt our questionnaire and KPI’s so that the organizational climate evaluation conforms to EFQM.
