Competencies
Evaluation: Methodology
OpenMet Group’s standard model of
competencies evaluation is an open proposal (that needs to be
adapted to the company’s competencies model) that allows
the management of the competencies in the majority of companies
to be automated.
The graph that appears in this text is an example. In this fictitious company the competencies model would be divided into two blocks that would at the same time contain their own specific competencies. The unevenness with which companies recognize and apply the competencies along with the diversity in existing definitions of competencies makes it impossible for there to be a generic model applicable to all companies.
With OpenMet’s standard model of competencies evaluation, you receive the competencies evaluation of the persons evaluated once they’ve filled out the competencies from a third party (for example, the group manager and the employees collaborators). In the majority of cases, these questionnaires contain declarations about the behavior, knowledge and professional results of the person evaluated that the surveyed participants must rate. Upon receipt of the responses, the competencies evaluation of the person evaluated is automatically calculated.
The OpenMet Group’s competencies
evaluation model provides staff and managers of the company with
an impartial, automatic and systematic system to help with your
evaluations.
