Openmet has supported and advised us in preparing the survey and the communication, which is complicated in a large institution like ours. They provided us with the Openmet 5F questionnaire model to be able to work on all the important aspects that affect the professional and, in turn, the user. Launching the surveys with confidential codes was a great call for preserving anonymity in the responses.<\/p>\n

And of course, we wanted to thank the consultant in charge of the study, Jordi, who supported us throughout the whole process and resolved all our questions. What we value most about Openmet is not just the survey software, but the support throughout the whole process. We’ve already run six workplace climate studies with them, and being able to see the evolution of indicators over time is key: it lets us assess whether the measures adopted have worked and back up people-management decisions with real data.
