Openmet People training
The immediate and effective application to the task of what has been learned and reflected in the workshops is our sign of identity.
Our methodology is “Balanced Learning”, we use a balanced mix of games, simulators, case studies, dynamics that allow people to identify areas for improvement and incorporate skills.
We work with the concept of itineraries, development is not a moment, it is a process of improving knowledge, attitudes and skills.
We carry out real monitoring of the actions, we make available to the participants different communication channels that allow us to follow and support them.
We use tested and accepted models. A model in behavioral science is what arises from the observation of successful and effective behaviors that are then structured to be able to replicate them, it is not about theories but about excellent practices
